ELV facilities: The need of the hour in India
Data from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) shows that India has 5.1 million light motor vehicles older than 20 years, and another 3.4 million over 15 years old. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) estimates that by 2025, more than 20 million vehicles nationwide will reach end-of-life. Left unrecycled, these obsolete vehicles can pose serious threats to human health, air quality, soil, and water resources. Adhering to international standards and the vehicle scrappage policy
Re Carma is fully compliant with India’s voluntary vehicle scrappage policy. Each certificate is supported by digital records, including a chassis cut-out photograph, to update and validate the official register.
