Sri Padmavati Ammavaru rides on a Golden Tiruchi

Tiruchanur Sri Padmavati ammavaru gave darshan to the devotees in a golden Tiruchi vahanam.. The devotees had darshan of the Ammavaru and swayed in devotion. It is a tradition to hold a procession festival for Sri Padmavati Ammavaru of Tiruchanur every Friday. As part of this, the Ammavaru is woken up with suprabatham .Later Archana and Abhishekam programs are performed according to the scriptures. After that, the devotees were given the opportunity to have darshan of Sri Padmavati Ammavaru. In the afternoon, Sri Padmavati Ammavaru was taken to the Friday Garden and abhishekam was performed. In the evening, the Ammavaru Utsav Murthy beautifully decorated with fragrant flowers and diamond ornaments, were placed on a golden tiruchi and taken on a procession through four mada streets. The devotees offered their prayers to the Ammavaru and fulfilled their vows. A.E.O.Devarajulu, Inspector Subhaskar, prasad, AV&SO Satish Kumar, aarjitam inspector chalapathi Archaka Swamulu and others participated in this procession.
