TTD has launched a new feedback system to provide better services to devotees. Now devotees can easily express their feedback through WhatsApp.
Feedback System steps to follow
– Scanning the QR codes installed at various places in Tirumala and Tirupati with their mobile will open the TTD feedback collection page on WhatsApp.
– Here devotees can select their name, category (Annaprasadam, Cleanliness, Kalyanakatta, Laddu Prasadam, Luggage, Darshan Experience, Queue Line, Rooms, etc.).
– After that, they can choose text or video format to express their feedback.
– The service standard has to be rated as Excellent, Average/Needs Further Improvement, or Poor.
– Devotees can type their feedback in a maximum limit of 600 characters or upload it as a video.
– Immediately after submitting the feedback, a confirmation message will be received stating “Your feedback has been successfully registered. Thank you for your valuable feedback”.
The TTD management will take into consideration the feedback received from the devotees and take appropriate steps to enhance the standard of services.
