Special rituals, annadanam and devotional ceremonies draw large gathering of devotees at Srihari Enclave, Chengicherla
Medchal – Malkajgiri, July 11: The annual festival and Kalyanotsavam of Sri Pochamma Thalli Temple at Srihari Enclave, Chengicherla were celebrated with great devotion on Saturday.
The celebrations began with Ganapathi Puja, followed by special Abhishekam, Kalyanotsavam, Homam, Ashtabali, and Maha Naivedyam. Annadanam was organised, and devotees were served prasadam after the rituals.
Former Deputy Mayor Kotta Lakshmi Ravi Goud, BRS senior leaders Narasimha Reddy, Somanna Goud, Krishna Goud, Madhu, and Srihari Enclave President Shravan Reddy attended the event as chief guests and participated in the special prayers.
A large number of devotees, including local residents, women, and youth, took part in the celebrations and offered prayers. The temple was decorated with floral arrangements and colourful lighting, while members of the temple committee and colony residents ensured the smooth conduct of the annual festivities.
