The migrations of humankind began from the African continent and spread across the world. The people who first arrived in India abandoned hunting, turned to agriculture and led peaceful lives. They are the original inhabitants of this land. They did not know quarrels or wars. That is why weapons were not found in our Indus Valley Civilization. Because they focused on development, urbanization appeared there. In later times the Aryans arrived on horseback with weapons and destroyed these original inhabitants. They ruined their languages and cultures. They seized their agricultural lands. The script found in the Indus civilization has not been fully read by anyone until now. But linguists have determined that that script was close to Dravidian languages. They destroyed that language and imposed their own culture. They destroyed the flourishing Buddhism in the country. They converted monasteries into temples.
The atrocities of Manu-followers, who thrived on lying propaganda, became unrestrained. They changed the life-style that prevailed until then. They turned those who in Samyag (right) culture were vegetarians into animal-sacrifice practitioners, made them worship Hindu gods and goddesses and taught superstitions such as soul, supreme soul and rebirth, ruining people’s lives. History has shown the fact that the Vedas and the Puranas were all written after the Buddha. Now that the truth is coming to light, we must journey toward both the facts and the light. Those who claim that the Vedas and Puranas proclaimed by the Vedic religion uplift human life should once again review their essence. Note that most of those committing the greater number of crimes today are the ones who have swallowed that ideology they are the ones who follow it. All religions in the world saw God on a pedestal. Strangely, they could not see the human in the human. Moreover, they stripped humanity from people in this country Manu-followers make clay idols wear clothes. They twist the breasts of living women and parade them in the streets. How can we forget what they did in Manipur? Aren’t they at least ashamed? Have the rulers at least apologized to the women? Otherwise, what is the difference between them and the BJP, the RSS mark?
The Dharma Dhwaja, the Hindu Awakening Forum, declares the following 1) Today we live as Hindus because of the avatar (incarnation) man Shankaracharya. From Kerala to Kashmir, through dense forests in times without proper roads, he is said to have walked more than six thousand yojanas (vast distances) to protect Dharma. 2) According to Dharma Dhwaja, without Shankaracharya India would have become a Buddhist country, and later easily become an Islamic country. If we analyze this claim from a factual perspective, it goes like this. The first Shankaracharya they called an avatar lived roughly between Saka years 788 and 820. He was born in Kaladi in the south and disappeared at Kedarnath in the north. It is true that he traveled from south to north. A Vedic scholar would have had to struggle to travel through dense forests we must accept that. But the claim that without Shankaracharya India would have become a Buddhist country is correct because before Adi Shankara, that is before the common Saka era, India was flourishing as a Buddhist land. Among those who destroyed Buddhism at its height, the principal person was Shankaracharya. He was the one who turned Buddhist monasteries into Hindu temples. He altered Buddha images and made them into images of Hindu deities. He was capable of institutionalizing caste hierarchy in such a way that built the staircases of status. He was the one who converted Shudras and women into slaves. He was the great sage who enforced that education should not be available to anyone except Brahmins. As for the claim that the country would have become a Muslim nation that is entirely wrong. Even though the Mughals ruled this country for hundreds of years, they did not turn it into a Muslim state, they practised great tolerance. The British did not turn it into a Christian nation just by ruling it. Now those in power are madly conspiring to make the country a Hindu Rashtra. If we turn back history, this country has never been solely a land of Hindus.
We witness daily the perverse deformations in politics. One example very recently a regional party MLA ridiculed another MLA who had joined the National Congress, holding up a sari, blouse and glass bangles at a press meet and challenging her ‘If I take these and marry them at your house, if you are a man say which party you are in’. He exposed their disputes in front of the press. What is the point of insulting women instead of arguing politics? Have tribal people become that insignificant? Can these political leaders not abandon the old feudal, patriarchal mindset that a man is superior? If leaders behave this way what message will ordinary people receive? When that regional party leader spoke like that, shouldn’t women’s groups have held a press conference and denounced him? Why didn’t anyone say first learn to speak civilly without discrimination? Political leaders can have quarrels and disputes they should sort those out themselves. I may scold them, they may scold each other fine. But why drag women into it? Why humiliate them? Haven’t we grown in thought? According to Manusmriti, women are slaves and Shudras, right? Why does anyone who has internalized that way of thinking, even if he himself is a Shudra, insult other Shudras?
Another thing in Kottayam, Kerala, a girl from an upper caste married a Dalit youth. Immediately the Dalit youth was brutally murdered by them in the name of customary upper caste honor. Such incidents continue across the country. In the name of Sanatana (eternal tradition) and custom, the ruling parties are encouraging internal terrorism in the country. Where is protection for ordinary people in such times? Understanding the gravity of these matters, the Kerala government stood by those marrying across castes and religions. It established ‘protected homes’ so such couples can live without threat. New couples can stay in these homes safely for a year. The government provides them thirty-five thousand rupees as financial aid. If the couple belong to SC/ST, they receive an additional five thousand rupees. This was announced by Kerala’s Minister for Health, Social and Legal Welfare. Encouraging news like this also came from Chennai: the Madras High Court ordered on 13 June 2025 that ‘No Cost, No Religion’ certificates be issued to willing persons. In today’s increasingly complex society, the duties of responsible citizens have become more crucial. Because supporters of Brahminical ideology who perform its hymns Dalit activists, feminists have increased. Scientists and teachers who distort science have grown in number. There are some on the left who cannot strongly and openly speak about social maladies. Some scientific organisations, knowing that God and ghosts are myths, nonetheless insist on speaking only of science. On top of this, governments that divide people through religious hatred come to power. In such circumstances we need reason based people, writers, speakers, scientists, social activists, and artists in larger numbers who can reveal the truth. We must cultivate them from within ourselves. We must encourage the scientific outlook among youth who can push forward. This is not the time for thoughtless silence. They must raise their voices. They must be ready for sacrifice. Otherwise, the current number of fools will double or triple. To shape a rationalist world, all citizens of the country must work with dedication.
