Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy Submits Development Proposals to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy

Seeks degree college, new police station, housing for poor families, and lake development works

Medchal – Malkajgiri, July 8: Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy met Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy during the inauguration of the Telangana Foods Balamrutham Plant at Nacharam and submitted representations seeking approval for several key development projects in the Uppal constituency.

The MLA urged the Chief Minister to allocate government land for the establishment of a Government Degree College at Uppal Bhagayath or another suitable location within the constituency to improve access to higher education.

He also requested the sanction of a new police station in Ramanthapur Division to strengthen law and order and enhance public safety in the area.

In another representation, Bandari Lakshma Reddy sought the construction of double-bedroom houses for economically weaker families who have been residing for nearly four decades opposite the Telangana Foods campus at Nacharam.

The MLA further appealed for the development of Patelkunta Lake in Nacharam and Chinna Cheruvu in Ramanthapur, including desilting of the water bodies, measures to control mosquito breeding, and the creation of walking tracks and open-air stages to improve public amenities.

He requested the Chief Minister to consider the proposals favourably and direct the concerned departments to take appropriate action for the overall development of the Uppal constituency.
