Marketing Department Director Conducts Surprise Inspection of Medchal Market Committee Office

Pending Works and Development Proposals Reviewed

Medchal, September 24: Agriculture Marketing Department Director Rahul Raj, IAS, conducted a surprise inspection of the Medchal Agricultural Market Committee office on Thursday.

During the inspection, Market Committee Chairman Bommala Palli Narasimha Yadav, Vice Chairman Vitthal Naik and Director Venugopal met the Director and discussed various issues concerning the market committee.

Market Committee Vice Chairman Vitthal Naik said that Rahul Raj reviewed the pending works with the officials and instructed them to complete the works at the earliest.

The Director also discussed proposals for sanctioning new works required for the development of the market committee and reviewed the development programmes to be taken up in the future.

Joint Director Mallesham, DDM Prasad Rao, DMO M.D. Riyaz, Market Committee Secretary John Wesley, Assistant Secretary and other market committee staff participated in the inspection.
