Speaking on the occasion of his transfer, Govind Reddy said he had been serving at Medipally Police Station for the past two years and thanked the media for their continuous support and cooperation, which helped the police maintain a good rapport with the public and perform their duties effectively. He appreciated the role of the media in bringing issues and shortcomings to the attention of the police, which helped improve services and ensure better policing for the public. Govind Reddy also stated that if he had unknowingly hurt anyone’s sentiments during the course of his duties, he sincerely apologizes.
