Large-Scale Lake Beautification Projects Worth Over ₹100 Crore Planned Across Uppal Constituency

KAPRA: Upal Constituency Congress Party In-charge Mandumula Parameshwar Reddy announced that ₹35 crore has been sanctioned for the development and beautification of Kapra Lake. He stated that, with the special initiative of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, lake development and beautification works across Uppal constituency will be taken up with funds exceeding ₹100 crore. On Friday, Parameshwar Reddy visited Kapra Lake along with senior Congress leaders and party workers. He further informed that development works worth ₹20 crore at Uppal Nalla Cheruvu are in the final stage. In addition, beautification and development works will be undertaken at Nacharam HMT Nagar Lake with ₹30 crore and Ramanthapur Pedda Cheruvu with ₹17 crore. Former corporators Bonthu Sridevi, Swarna Raj Shivamani, Singireddy Dhanpal Reddy, Pavani Reddy, former councillor Rajender, senior Congress leader Sitaram Reddy, division presidents, senior leaders, and party workers participated in the program.
