The new office of the ‘Khammam District Press Club’ is set to be inaugurated grandly on May 3, Located on the second floor of the Maharashtra Bank building near Gattayya Center Khammam, the facility has been established as a comprehensive platform for journalists.
The organizers stated that the press club was formed with the objective of strengthening unity among journalists and enhancing their professional skills. It is expected to play a key role in bringing together representatives from print, electronic and digital media onto a single platform, fostering mutual cooperation and collective progress. They emphasized that one of the main goals of the press club is to highlight public issues and bring them to the attention of the government to ensure justice for the affected. It will also serve as a platform where people can freely express their concerns, contributing significantly to the protection of public interests. At the press meet held on this occasion, State President I Prabhakar, Khammam District Union President MD Fasiuddin, Vice Presidents VRK Raju and Avinash, Working President Ravella Ravi Kumar, Joint Secretary P Praneeth Kumar and Organizing Secretary Rajaratnam were present. District Executive Members Narendra Kumar and Lokesh, along with Thota Murali, Paleru Ramakrishna, Vinay, RK, Anand, Salman Srinivasa Rao, P Venkateswarlu and several other journalists attended and made the meeting a success.
