Thotakura Vajresh Yadav and Other Leaders Attend Ganesh Navratri Celebrations
Boduppal, September 21: Ganesh Navratri celebrations are being conducted on a grand scale under the auspices of the Bheem Reddy Nagar Youth in Bheem Reddy Nagar Colony of Boduppal Circle, Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation.
Former corporator Singireddy Padma Reddy and his wife Usharani attended the celebrations as chief guests and performed special pujas for Lord Ganesha. They later organised annadanam for devotees with their own funds.
DCC president Thotakura Vajresh Yadav, former Boduppal mayor Ajay Yadav, Boduppal Congress president Bommak Kalyan, Chengicherla Congress president Pogula Dileep Reddy, Medipally Division Congress president Tungaturthi Ravi and several senior leaders participated in the programme. They performed pujas for Lord Ganesha and served annaprasadam to devotees.
Speaking on the occasion, Singireddy Padma Reddy said he prayed for the blessings of Lord Ganesha to be upon everyone and for Telangana to prosper with adequate rainfall and prosperity. He congratulated the Bheem Reddy Nagar Youth members and organisers for conducting the Ganesh Navratri celebrations on a grand scale.
Bheem Reddy Nagar Colony Association members, residents and a large number of women participated in the programme.
