Rayalaseema Rangasthali Chairman Gundala Gopinath Reddy said that dance, which originated from the feet of Lord Shiva, has great importance among the 64 arts. Rayalaseema Rangasthali artists were celebrated on Tuesday in Tirupati. On this occasion, Jatis Nrityalaya manager Nritya Kalakarini Shailaja Reddy was felicitated and wishes were extended on the occasion of International Dance Day. Speaking on the occasion, Gundala Gopinath Reddy said that dance, one of the 64 arts, is very popular all over the world and it is a pleasure to dedicate a day to such an art. He said that dance is an integral part of Indian culture and traditions. He explained that dance has been a part of human lives from ancient times to modern times. Rayalaseema Rangasthali artists KN Raja, Padmanabham Subramanya Reddy and others participated in this program.
