
Beerappagadda: As part of the “Morning Walk with Balaji Enclave” programme, BRS State Leader Bannala Praveen Mudiraj visited Balaji Enclave in Beerappagadda Division along with office-bearers and members of the Balaji Enclave Welfare Association. During the two-hour inspection from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., residents and association representatives highlighted several civic issues affecting the colony. They pointed out that damaged CC roads in some streets were causing severe waterlogging during rains. Residents also requested the installation of open gym equipment and children’s play facilities in colony parks. Other demands included the construction of a stormwater drain on the main road, installation of new streetlights, relocation of a transformer obstructing traffic on the main road to a nearby vacant site opposite a park, enhancement of transformer capacity, and the laying of new CC roads in several streets. Responding to the concerns, Bannala Praveen Mudiraj assured residents that all issues would be brought to the attention of Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy. He said proposals would be prepared and submitted to secure approvals and funding, and that efforts would be made to resolve the problems in a phased manner with the support of the MLA. Balaji Enclave Welfare Association President Venugopal Reddy, General Secretary Omkar Singh, former President Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Kennedy, Shashi Kumar, Y. Rama Rao, Praveen Rao, Siddeshwar, Srinivasa Chary, Shankar, Sai Gautham, and several residents participated in the programme.
