World Health Day Seminar in Sugauli Highlights Healthy Living Insights by Dr. Pramod Stephen and Experts
Sugauli/Champaran, April 7, 2026: On the occasion of World Health Day, a seminar was organized in Sugauli, where various aspects related to health were discussed. Innovator Dr. Pramod Stephen presented his views, emphasizing the importance of maintaining discipline in eating habits to stay healthy. He explained that eating too quickly prevents food from mixing adequately with saliva and fails to activate various endocrine glands; consequently, the body’s metabolic processes are disrupted, making humans susceptible to diabetes and other metabolic disorders. He further noted that these imbalances are being passed down to our future generations.
Highlighting the significance of World Health Day, Dr. Pramod Stephen pointed out that the World Health Organization was established on April 7, 1948. Speaking on the occasion, social worker Azhar Hussain Ansari stated that leading a simple life requires incorporating coarse grains, fruits, and vegetables into one’s diet. In his address, Dr. Prem Prakash Stephen asserted that we must revert to traditional social lifestyles while abandoning isolated, solitary living.
Dr. Sanjeev and Dr. Lily Stephen raised various health-related issues in detail. Bipin Tiwari, Shravan Paswan, Kusum Masih, Suraj, and Saurabh Giri were among those present at the event.
