Medchal – Malkajgiri, July 10: Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy met Water Works Chief General Manager Pankaja, IAS, to discuss drinking water supply, low water pressure, pipeline expansion, leakage repairs, and sewerage management across the Uppal Assembly constituency.
During the meeting, the MLA highlighted the drinking water problems being faced by residents in various divisions and urged officials to ensure uninterrupted water supply and adequate pressure. He also called for immediate identification and repair of leaking pipelines and directed officials to prepare proposals for laying new pipelines in areas where required.
Lakshma Reddy further stressed the need for special measures to address sewerage issues in affected colonies to prevent inconvenience to the public. Officials briefed the MLA on the progress of ongoing Water Works projects and assured full cooperation in resolving the constituency’s water-related issues.
